Introduction

Self-kindness really starts to make a home for itself in our lives when we make space for small actions, and repeat them often. 

It simply means setting intentions to bring more kindness into your everyday.

You may find kindness shows up for you in different ways from one day to the next. To carry self-kindness forward with you into the days, months and years ahead, we invite you to start building your own kindness stash full of different practices and activities to support you.

The modules in this section offer a space to reflect on the course, and set some intentions for yourself to bring more kindness into your everyday life.


The power of intentions

We're firm believers in the power of intentions. With goals and aims we can so easily slide into self-judgement and beat ourselves up when we don't achieve an expected milestone. Intentions however can allow for more ease, flexibility and kindness... and can allow us to be just as (if not more) productive!

We could waffle on for ages about how powerful simply setting an intention can be, but we'd rather you tried it yourself. As you use the activities in the modules in this section, experiment with simply setting some intentions for the things you want to carry forward. When/if you do some check-ins down the line, see how far you've come - you might be surprised!
